Senior Product Designer

Sweatcoin is a mobile app with over 140 million users that helps people be more physically active. Our mission is to inspire and motivate people to move more and live a healthier lifestyle.

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a proven track record in monetization and revenue growth to join our product team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centered designs that increase revenue through ad experiences and premium plan monetization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design processes and shape new opportunities to grow our revenue streams, as well as improve ads experiences and premium plans to monetize our existing users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to define, design and ship products and features
• Collaborate with user researchers to understand user needs and use insights to inform design decisions for monetization efforts
• Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions.
• Work autonomously and take initiative to drive monetization projects forward

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year focus on monetization and revenue growth
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating your experience in building delightful and eye-candy app experiences.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, and experience with user research and testing methods
• Proficient in design tools, we use Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead design projects from start to finish, from prototyping to shipping
• Strong autonomy and ability to take initiative and drive monetization projects forward
• Bonus skill, have motion design experience and the ability to create Lottie animations.

• Remote-friendly & Flexible working hours. The flexibility is incredible, performance is based on output, rather than hours spent working, our core hours are (10:00-16:00 GMT)

Interview Process:

Portfolio screening -> HR Call (30 mins) -> Live Design interview (90 mins with Live Design task as part of it) -> Product Manager Interview (30 mins) -> Head of Product Interview (30 mins) -> Final Cultural Interview (30 mins) -> 3/4 Refrence checks by HR Team.
