Community Manager

As Community Manager, you will work alongside our Growth Marketing and Design team to bring the Ridian brand to life and be responsible for managing our online presence across a number of channels. You will adapt our brand tone and voice to write original content and edit existing materials across our organic and paid channels (website/blog, email, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.). You will also collaborate closely with our UX and Design teams and be expected to manage the relationships with other stakeholders, like crypto subject matter experts and third parties like content creators and publishers.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Work closely with our Marketing team to advertise our products and communication pieces
• Ensure written and audiovisual excellence in every deliverable
• Manage workflows with internal and external subject matter experts, content creators (influencers/YouTubers), publishers, and consultants, as needed
• Interact 1:1 with users and clients and build brand loyalty
• Manage scheduling and publishing of content across platforms
• Gather community insights and analyze metrics to provide valuable product feedback
• Monitor social media and company website metrics
• Propose content strategy, framework, and cadence for different channels (email newsletter, blog, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have some of the following qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem
• Journalist-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about social media with the ability to foster conversations with clients and users across different platforms
• Have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business
