THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience with a focus on complex data products and enterprise software, preferably in a startup environment

  • Demonstrable bias for action and a hands-on, fast-paced approach to product development

  • Ability to function independently with product thought leadership as well as collaborate across functions

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate strategy and customer insights into clear, impactful, and executable product requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager who is passionate about technology and committed to helping customers innovate. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, demonstrate steady thought leadership, and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively across functions. The Product Manager should have a passion for creating products that solve customer problems and drive business growth. This individual will be responsible for translating strategy and customer insights into clear, impactful, and executable product requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a thought and implementation leader in the definition, evaluation, and measurement of the product vision and roadmap

  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and customer that brings critical insight into our product strategy, identifying new opportunities and developing product requirements that are clear, impactful, and executable

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new products and features

  • Use data to drive decision-making and measure the results of product interventions through the use of software tools, surveys, or other means

  • Be an advocate for the product internally and externally; advocating for impactful improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
