About you

  • 5+ years experience designing and delivering training resources
  • Strong and proactive communications by sharing regular progress updates, blockers and next steps
  • Prior experience working within Talent Acquisition or People Team capacity strongly preferred Knowledge and experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Prior experience of using Articulate, Absorb or other platforms preferred

What you’ll be working on

Our client’s Talent Acquisition team are excited to undergo a tooling portfolio refresh, with a new software launching in 2023! As part of our software launch strategy, they are offering online end-user training to a wide variety of audiences, via our internal training portal. They're looking for a Training Content Lead to join this project by designing and building our end-to-end user training content. This unique opportunity will help end-users adapt to change by learning new processes efficiently and easily.

Working alongside our Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams, you will responsible for developing training content based on established requirements and processes. They encourage you to bring all prior training subject matter expertise to the table, embodying quality and interactivity in your work. The final training content will span a variety of formats, including pre-recorded video tutorials, written instruction manuals and an interactive online learning platform.

This role is vital to ensure the successful adoption of our new software. They are eager to add a motivated team member who can support this build from zero to valuable in a short period of time!

What you'll do

  • develop new training content (videos, handbooks, one-pagers, etc.) which teach new processes whilst driving user adoption
  • support building User Acceptance Training scripts
    design an interactive training approach to encourage high end-user engagement
  • engage with subject matter experts across Talent Acquisition to validate learning materials and integrate feedback in new developments
  • work quickly and iteratively to ensure content is adaptive to new software developments, as part of the training roadmap
  • partner in a small yet mighty team of training content peers for the duration of the project
