THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their Executive Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs for executive audience including the development of key messaging and campaigns. Serious collaboration will be the key to success in this role as their efforts connect directly into other PMM teams, sales, demand generation, product, and more.

You have 3-5 years of B2B Product Marketing experience in enterprise software. You have been responsible for creating, driving, and managing go-to-market campaigns, coordinating and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to execute on your strategy. You love building strong narratives and storytelling that connects customer needs to company vision.

You are comfortable driving a path forward where there is ambiguity. You’re eager to jump in and get things done and don't get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment.

An ideal candidate will be able to:

[Campaign execution] Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive the awareness and engagement for the executive audience

[Content execution] Generate high-quality assets for customers, sales and customer success teams in the form of blogs, white papers, data sheets, webinars, pitch decks, customer stories, and more

[Sales partnership] Work in close partnership with sales teams to understand their needs, craft campaigns, and build effective enablement plans.

[X-functional collab] Work across various internal teams that also touch the executive audience to collaborate and stitch together programs and messaging for greater impact

[Storytelling/Narrative] Develop a holistic enterprise story and narrative for the company that connects various themes across different teams and initiatives

[Leadership Mgmt] Be comfortable working with leadership to extract their ideas, collaborate, and drive towards a cohesive enterprise narrative (pushing back where necessary)
