Community Moderator (English/Turkish)

Job Description:

Magic Square, a pioneer in the Web3 domain, is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Bilingual Community Moderator who is proficient in English and Turkish. This full-time, freelance position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in a Web3 company and a talent for nurturing communities on various digital platforms, such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit. The Bilingual Community Moderator will work under the Community Manager's guidance, with a focus on serving our Turkish-speaking community members, to ensure a positive and engaging environment for all.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in moderating Magic Square's communities on Telegram and Discord, focusing on our Turkish-speaking community members, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for all members.
• Contribute to community conversations, stimulate member engagement, and help cultivate a vibrant community culture.
• Provide excellent customer service to community members, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely and structured manner.
• Monitor and respond to discussions on Twitter and Reddit, representing Magic Square's brand and bolstering our online presence.
• Use excellent English and Turkish writing skills and high conversational proficiency to effectively communicate with community members and prospective customers.
• Familiarize oneself with Magic Square's company, products, and services, and be capable of explaining them lucidly to new users. 
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to your role in community moderation and interaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and teamwork in managing tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Web3 company.
• Robust knowledge of Web3 and the ability to quickly assimilate information about our company.
• Exceptional English and Turkish writing skills and high conversational abilities.
• Proven experience in fostering online communities, specifically on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Ability to work from home with your own device.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
