Lava is building decentralized blockchain infrastructure because we believe blockchain data should be accurate and access to this data should be scalable, private, and uncensored. Where we need help:

Our engineering team is strong and they are delivering on requirements as fast as we can write them. We need help translating the needs of the market (features and user stories) into detailed engineering deliverables (PBIs) that include the design, user flow, functional attributes, and the acceptance criteria with reporting requirements. Once you understand the needs of the market and our specific engineering capacity we’ll need your help prioritizing these PBIs so that we maximize the productive output of each engineering sprint.

Your Job:

• Actively collect ideas and feedback from end-users to understand their pains and priorities
• Apply a sound vetting methodology for product ideas
• Write clear and detailed Product Backlog Items (PBIs) with designs, functional needs, reporting requirements and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with our engineering team to size and scope user stories and PBIs
• Prioritize our PBIs to maximize our agile engineering sprint plans

Your Experience:

• 4+ years of software development in either product or engineering roles
• Strong command of Agile software development methodology and best practices
• Nice-to-have: personal or professional blockchain or Web3 experience
• Nice-to-have: degree in Computer Science
