We are looking for a Middle/Senior Customer Acquisition Manager.

We are willing to offer a salary of $5000+ per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and others)
• Conduct experiments and research
• Optimize campaign performance based on data-driven analysis and strategies
• Effectively communicate strategies and analytical findings through easy-to-read reporting or visualization dashboards
• Testing and rotating creatives
• Team and budget management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer/user acquisition, preferably in performance or affiliate marketing
• Experience in the B2B segment of the EU and US markets is a must
• Strong understanding of the principles of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other channels
• Results-driven attitude and passion for teamwork
• Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and analysis
• Highly organized and exceptional time management
• Ability to work remote efficiently, meet KPI
• B2 level of English or higher
