CryptoQuant is a leading provider of digital asset data, analytics and market intelligence. We believe that blockchain data is the lifeblood of the crypto ecosystem. CryptoQuant delivers high resolution, low latency data directly from the blockchain, and cryptocurrency exchanges, in order to support a variety of financial and non-financial workflows including: 1) digital asset analysis & research 2) institutional crypto investing, trading and risk management; and 3) blockchain data infrastructure services for web3 and other enterprises.

THE ROLE
CryptoQuant is looking for sales and business development candidates with direct experience working with the largest banks, hedge funds, market makers as well as other "TradFi" entities and web3 organizations. Your goal will be to grow CryptoQuant’s enterprise and institutional business through a consultative, relationship-focused sales process. This will include conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, demos and information sessions to prospective clients and the market more generally. Occasional travel, both within the US and globally, will be required.
THE WORK
- Identify new accounts through prospecting and utilizing existing relationships to build streams of revenue within the TradFi and Web3 client verticals.
- Develop a deep sales pipeline by engaging with prospects via email, phone, in person, at conferences, from initial contact to deal closing.
- Take ownership of your sales segment by mapping out client organizations and territories and by building relationships with key contacts, focusing on decision-makers.
- Work closely with CryptoQuant product, tech and research teams and become a subject matter expert within the industry to bring value to your clients and prospective clients.
- Contribute to CryptoQuant’s go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns and the product-sales feedback loop including uncovering new partnerships, integration opportunities, and new sales.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis. Be responsible for managing sales flow within the CRM and reporting sales activities to the Head of Business Development and broader teams.
THE CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an enterprise sales or business development role at a leading financial, software, technology or web3 organization.
- A passion for digital assets, and relevant experience, is required.
- Fintech and/or SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience generating revenue, exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with large institutional clients, within the technology, traditional finance and/or web3 space.
- Ability to understand and synthesize complex client requirements, and sell integrated and highly-structured solutions to a variety of client types within traditional finance and web3.
- Experience with CRM and relevant BD applications and tooling.
- A hunter-mentality with a demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business deals, along with outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Preferably based in Miami but remote or hybrid applications will also be considered.
