What You Get To Do Every Day
Responsibilities:
- Implement dynamic, employee experience strategies that include learning and development, employee onboarding, and performance management strategies that drive employee engagement and retention
- Provides highly experienced vision and input on employee development and engagement
- Successfully and proactively support the organization through its annual cycles such as annual and mid-year reviews, including the execution of all company-wide People programs and practices
- Develops and implements People programs and tools in partnership with people business partners and leaders to add value and create impact on the business
- Strategic analysis and trend examination annually to ensure that the organizational framework delivers the most benefits to the business
- Streamline and enhance program processes and efficiencies leveraging our internal people tools
- Find creative and compelling ways to illustrate and amplify our culture on a global scale that emphasizes inclusion
- Own and execute initiatives that ensure that new hires are successfully integrated into the team from a learning & development and engagement perspective
- Monitor, measure and evaluate the impacts of your efforts through data
- Advocate for Halborns culture and values in your work within your team and throughout the organization
- Manage new hire onboarding process and conduct 4+ hours of training on first day(s).
- Track new hire onboarding and training completion.
- Participate in Benefits renewal and re-enrollment and answer various benefits questions.
- Responsible for periodic data accuracy cleanup and administration,developing reports and analyzing for trends and relevant insights.
- Be an additional point of contact for advising and coaching employees through multiple People/organizational processes and performance.
- Takes on additional projects as needed and manages end to end
Qualifications:
- BA or BS from an accredited college, with a Human Resources or other related major.
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a People Generalist and 2+ years as an HRBP in a startup company.
- Results driven and with a comprehensive approach to managing all People processes autonomously from end to end; from administrative to strategic
- A true hands-on approach and willingness to complete administrative People tasks
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, also highly familiar with HRIS and other People related systems, including data management, building standard reports and troubleshooting
- Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility and confidence with a preference for autonomy and self-direction to take ownership and manage activities & processes to achieve results
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity
- An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment with excellent relationship building abilities
- Proactive project management capabilities that drive for results from inception to execution.
- Deep commitment to organizational learning and development that encourages leadership and employees alike for improvement
