Product Engineer

At =nil; Foundation, we are making a zero-knowledge ecosystem, enabling our customers to build decentralized applications secured by zero-knowledge cryptography.

Our primary products are:

• DBMS that works over blockchains and provides a developer-friendly interface.
• Proof system and a cryptography library for making transactions cryptographically provable.
• zkLLVM compiler that makes code in C++ and Rust compatible with this proof system and enables building provable applications.
• Market for the computation of zero-knowledge proofs.

We recently completed our first funding round with Polychain as the lead investor and a valuation of ~220m USD, and we are now actively scaling the team.

We are looking for a Product Manager obsessed with customers, able to quickly identify their core values and needs and translate them into requirements, metrics, and roadmaps.

You will:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
• Define product requirements and create user stories, ensuring they align with business objectives, customer expectations, and technical feasibility.
• Prioritize product features.
• Collaborate with development teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to advocate for exceptional user experiences.
• English at level B2 or higher.
• Familiarity with the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
