At Staking Rewards, we are on a mission to empower individuals and communities in the crypto space with agency and control over their income. As part of our strategy to achieve this mission, we are building innovative tools, platforms, and products to facilitate passive income through staking.

Our global team of 20+ remote members works collaboratively, driven by the core narrative of Agency - the idea that everyone should have the power to make informed financial decisions and become financially independent. We prioritize transparency, reduce entry barriers, and aim to make staking easy and accessible to all.

This Role is fully remote but limited to WEST +/- 3.

Our Expectations for the Role

As the Product Manager for our Staking Data API, you will shape the product's long-term success through innovative ideas and solutions, ensuring usefulness and value. You will represent the customer’s voice for the product.

You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining user-centric solutions, and collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive product success for our API.

• Lead the development of our Staking Data API
• Define the problems to solve and the product to build (in collaboration with CEO & CTO)
• Define how the product will be built (in collaboration with the design, engineering & data teams)
• Define product success and drive the GTM (in collaboration with marketing & sales)

What we offer

Your work will directly contribute to the success of Crypto and Proof of Stake by developing core data infrastructure for the staking and financial industry.

What your Profile could look like

• 5+ years experience in Product Management
• Experience working on data-focused products or APIs
• Experience working in the fintech/crypto industry
• Proven track record in idea generation, storytelling, and solution discovery
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven product decisions
• Mathematical skills
• In-Depth Understanding of DeFi/Staking
