We are looking for a strategic and creative marketing member to join the P2P team, managing Growth marketing activities for user acquisition and retention. This is a full time role, based in Singapore or a remote position in Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive impactful growth marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support user growth and increase transaction volume globally and across regions
  • Implement educational activities to increase user awareness about Binance P2P and to ensure a smooth transaction experience
  • Consistently communicate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and support global campaigns as well as other marketing-related initiatives
  • Coordinate internal resources across all functions to ensure the information synchronization and shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the team for cross-channel marketing, CRM campaigns and engagement plans for product launches, new feature rollouts and events
  • Initiate innovative marketing ideas or marketing related product enhancements that may contribute to user growth and promote a safer, faster, easier trading environment
  • Plan and manage P2P marketing calendar, maintain process and documentation for request and tracking
  • Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign and/or CRM/email marketing preferably at a fast-paced tech company; crypto industry experience will be a plus
  • Past experience managing growth activities across a region/ globally will be preferred
  • Organized, detailed- and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from start to finish, with input from a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong team mindset and solid work ethic
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
