(38) Technical Project Manager | Blockchain

Protofire is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a PM or Tech lead in blockchain/web3 teams
• Agile Methodologies knowledge
• DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge
• Technical background
• Architect mindset
• DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
• Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), Solidity devs, BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions, if is necessary
• Knowledge of blockchain networks and distributed systems
• Experience working with containerization like Docker
• A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects
• Very good communication level with clients and teams

Will be a plus:

• Wallets multisig
• Business and customer-oriented mindset
• Finance knowledge
• Solidity
• Familiarity with Substrate and the Polkadot ecosystem (big bonus)
• Starknet blockchain and Cairo language (big bonus)
