About the Role:
As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business. Your expertise will be critical in driving sales by effectively communicating the technical features, benefits, and value propositions of Cudo Compute and other product offerings to potential clients. Working closely with both the sales and engineering teams, you will provide technical insights and solutions to our customers, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of Cudo Ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on the Cudo Compute platform
- Plan, manage and perform Proof of Concepts
- Assist the marketing team in Product marketing to better understand use cases and technical scenarios
- Perform and manage and deliver product demonstrations
- Provide technical SME support for larger sales opportunities across the business
- Work in partnership with engineering and product teams to collect customer & prospect feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure platforms
- Good knowledge of Linux and distributed systems
- Experience working in a pre-sales / technical consultant role
- Knowledge of provisioning and deployment strategies and tools
- Passionate about customer experience
- Track record of developing successful technical solutions to business problems for clients
- Ability to balance the demands of multiple stakeholders, define priorities and set appropriate expectations
- Passionate about technology and open source projects
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear and concise terms
- The ability to understand Cudo Compute’s products in detail and adapt to rapid changes in service offerings and market conditions
