About the project:

We are a cutting-edge technology startup that recently made history by launching the world's first decentralized payment network, Gnosis Pay. This revolutionary network empowers self-custodial wallets to offer debit cards for on-chain wallets, bridging the gap between traditional finance and Web 3. Furthermore, Gnosis Pay leverages the issuance of IBANs for on-chain wallets, dismantling the barriers between on and offchain worlds and unlocking new possibilities for seamless, secure, and efficient financial transactions.

Building on this groundbreaking achievement, we are now embarking on an exciting journey to create an on-chain neobank based on the Gnosis Safe stack, Gnosis Wallet. Gnosis Wallet will be mobile first and leverage the full suite of advantages afforded by using a smart account — easy onboarding, gas abstraction, batching of transactions, account recovery, etc.

Our mission is to combine the best of traditional neobanking experiences, such as those offered by Revolut and N26, with the power and efficiency of Web 3 technology. Notably, Gnosis Wallet will natively support Circles UBI, a Gnosis-incubated blockchain-based Universal Basic Income (UBI).

As we build this innovative platform, we are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of banking.

About the role:

As the Product Manager for Gnosis Wallet, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy. Leveraging the cutting-edge capabilities of Gnosis Pay, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a world-class user experience that lives up to traditional Web 2 neobank applications while harnessing the full potential of Web 3 technology to make the payment stack significantly more efficient. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and operations, to create a groundbreaking platform that sets new industry standards:

• Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our vision of creating an on-chain neobank app with a superior user experience compared to traditional neobanks

• Maximize the potential of Gnosis Pay's decentralized payment network to offer innovative financial services

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points in the neobanking space. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve

• User Experience (UX): Collaborate with design and development teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience that brings web 2 user experience expectations to the Web 3 environment. Leverage Gnosis Pay's capabilities to offer debit cards and IBANs for on-chain wallets to enhance user convenience

• Decentralization & Efficiency: Champion the integration of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) principles into the neobank app, leveraging Gnosis Pay's decentralized payment network. Work towards achieving higher transaction efficiency and lower costs compared to traditional payment stacks

• Product Development: Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to align product development efforts with company goals. Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure seamless execution

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about evolving regulations in the blockchain and financial technology space. Ensure that the product complies with relevant legal requirements and industry standards by leveraging our in-house lawyers

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed product decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use them to identify areas for improvement

• Product Launch & Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute successful product launches. Provide product-related information and support for marketing campaigns

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on neobanking

• Proven experience with traditional neobank apps like Revolut, N26, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of Web 3 technology, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts

• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and project management tools.

• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
