Marketing Manager

CryptoQuant is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in South Korea, United States, or remotely.

CryptoQuant is a leading provider of blockchain data, analytics, and infrastructure services. We believe that blockchains, and on-chain data, will be at the core of a new decentralized crypto economy. CryptoQuant’s products and services are built upon an advanced blockchain data analytics engine. We deliver the highest resolution, lowest latency data directly from the blockchain, and major cryptocurrency exchanges, to support our clients across their investment and development workflows.

YOUR VALUE

• Create marketing campaigns that reflect research and content created by our research analysts
• Distribute timely marketing content that reflects key data updates and crypto trends
• Manage social media channels, community branches, media, and other strategic partners
• Conduct market analysis and develop marketing strategies and content that support overall business development objectives
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to guide future strategy and tactics
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects to drive demand generation and sales
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

• Native English speaker and based in a US timezone
• Strong understanding of the digital asset industry including cryptocurrencies and web3
• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of marketing experience in a marketing agency, PR firm, or in-house marketing role
• Ability to work remotely, independently as well as part of a team
• Background in creating and managing strategic marketing campaigns and strategies
• High standard of ownership and self-driven motivation
• Experience in bringing new products to market (G2M) through marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• History of leading, planning, and managing marketing budgets & campaigns
• (Preferred) Career experience at a tech startup, web3 foundation, or fintech company
• (Preferred) Ability to create content with tools such as Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint, Photoshop, TypeForm, Adobe, Canva, or similar
• (Preferred) Experience in managing multiple social media channels and media partners
• (Preferred) Experience in data analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau)
• (Preferred) Understanding of on-chain data and crypto market analysis
• (Preferred) Work experience in various crypto projects or Web3-related companies is a plus.
• (Preferred) People managing experience is a plus
