This role offers an exciting opportunity for travel, typically accounting for 60-70% of your time, with each trip spanning 7-10 weeks.

Nestlé is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in a unique and exciting role that involves frequent travel. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of key projects across various business functions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and quality standards. Your ability to effectively manage projects while constantly on the move will be instrumental in contributing to Nestlé's continued growth and success.

What you’ll be working on

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Milestones: Develop, communicate, and monitor project milestones, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives. Proactively identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and track relevant KPIs to measure project progress, performance, and success. Regularly report on KPIs to project sponsors and leadership.
  4. Red Flags: Possess the ability to identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact project success. Implement mechanisms to catch and resolve red flags promptly.
  5. BSI + Messaging Teams: Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Integration (BSI) and Messaging teams to streamline project processes, enhance system efficiency, and ensure seamless communication among teams.
  6. Systems Optimization: Analyze existing systems and processes, identifying areas of inefficiency or unnecessary complexity. Work to streamline and clean up systems, removing noise and optimizing processes for improved team productivity.
  7. Tasks Management: Coordinate and delegate tasks within the project team, ensuring that each team member has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and deadlines. Monitor task progress and provide guidance as needed.
  8. Business Partner Collaboration: Engage with business partners to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes. Collaborate to ensure project solutions meet business needs.
  9. Scope Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure that project activities stay within scope and address any scope creep promptly.
  10. Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
