Our Mission

Our mission is to be at the driver’s seat of the web3 [r]evolution, by always diversifying and adapting our value proposition promptly, even through the anticipation of times and market trends. Bringing the next million people into the space, connecting high-end brands with their new “metacommunity”, while expanding our business from NFT drops to token-gated, Metaverse experiences and [branded] product suites, is our main mission and masterplan.

The Project Manager will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with other Project Managers, Marketing team, and external partners to deliver exceptional gaming activations and metaverse experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop strong long-term relationships with our clients, and act as their main point of contact.

  • Provide guidance and insights to clients regarding best practices, strategies, and opportunities in gaming, especially within the Roblox ecosystem.

  • Understand and identify client needs and objectives, translating them into innovative solutions to drive their success on gaming and metaverse platforms.

  • Own the delivery process of projects, playing a key role in coordinating all internal teams (eg., commercial, marketing, finance) and external parties (e.g., brand, celebrity, agencies, community).

  • Ensure alignment across the teams involved in the project (e.g. game programmers, game design, QA)

  • Prepare and deliver sales decks and project demos.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in gaming / Metaverse.

Desired skills and Experience

  • You have several years of experience delivering projects and handling client relationships in an agency context.

  • You are a gamer or ex-gamer, ideally with hands-on knowledge of Roblox, Minecraft or Fortnite.

  • You are passionate about the XR/VR/AR space, and have already experienced multiple metaverse platforms.

  • You are fully able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

  • You enjoy working with several teams with different scopes (marketing, finance, game developing, game designing)

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • You have developed strong problem-solving skills ; rigor and attention to detail are must-haves.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
