(f2pool) Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager for our company f2pool. In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement marketing initiatives, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the crypto industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology.

In this role, you will

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet f2pool's business objectives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies and some offline marketing activities that grow our user base and increase awareness of the f2pool brand in fun, creative and informative ways.
• Monitor /campaign progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience and manage f2pool's reputation in the crypto ecosystem.
• Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
• Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
• Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys and monitor f2pool's competitors and ensure that f2pool's marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or crypto industry.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data.
• Problem solver, results-driven, hands-on, and able to execute fast.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, and very strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
  Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, community management, and event management.
• Must have a strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
• Must be able to work independently, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing and experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• A university degree relating to Marketing is a plus.
