We are developing Topos, a paradigm-shift protocol - the first zkEcosystem. Topos is a security-first ecosystem that removes barriers to entry and delivers unbounded supply for user groups across web3 and Enterprise.

Purpose of the job:

As a community manager, you will grow, engage and retain Toposware’s core communities: blockchain developers, dapp developers, node operators, community builders, and partners.

As a community manager, you will set up and execute strategies to grow the community (contest, incentivized task-driven missions, etc.) with the aim to select a few “early adopters” that will be the base for growing Toposware’s “ambassador program”.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the field of web3/crypto/blockchain and past demonstrable experience in growing developer communities.

Reporting to the marketing department, you will have access and be encouraged to interact with the product, engineering, PR, marketing, and cryptographers teams to learn how to use the Topos Ecosystem. We expect that you will be able to communicate in a way that various audiences can understand and feel engaged with Toposware’s core team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be responsible for Toposware overall community’s presence and activity
  • Continue to grow an engaged community on Twitter and Discord
  • Create and manage relationships with developers, community builders, partners and node operators, online and IRL.
  • Keep the community up to date with the latest product development and the company’s progress.
  • Gather community feedback and help the product team to spot usability and product enhancements
  • Post engaging content regularly (discord, tweets, etc.); keep up the discussions on social media going

What we need to see:

  • Web3, Blockchain, or similar knowledge of decentralized technologies and professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience setting up and growing a web3 and developer community.
  • Sound understanding of what makes people tick
  • Experience growing and nurturing relationships with dapp developers, blockchain developers, engineers, node operators and community builders
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant alternative
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction, be proactive, communicate, and function in a distributed agile team.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Previous experience in launching a Web3 infrastructure project on Mainnet
  • Experience managing ambassador programs
  • Technical hands-on experience with blockchain technology and dapps
