HR Manager (Remote)

As our HR Manager, you will be key in growing, retaining and motivating our decentralized and global team. You will be reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer, and will be accountable for developing strong team engagement and culture. You will be able to juggle the strategic needs of the company together with the individual needs of each team member, in order for them to do their best work. You will have great influence within the organization, and on how our team delivers products that impact millions of users interested in cryptocurrencies globally.

Requirements:

• 3+ years developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Proven track record in managing recruitment and selection processes
• Has developed policies which support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees
• Experience with monitoring and reporting on overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with relevant HR metrics
• Proven ability to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Experience in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Competence in maintaining salary bands, pay plans and benefits programs
• Ability to assess and prescribe training programs for leadership and the team
• Has international understanding of legal compliance throughout human resource management in various jurisdictions (USA, Singapore, etc)

• Experience managing remote teams
• Past experience in other management roles
• Familiarity with HR tools and their implementation across the company, including performance management tools for OKRs, HR management, etc.
• Knowledge of financial markets and data
