If you get excited by the following, this is the role for you.

• Owning the experience for your workstream and bringing our products to scale.
• Creating wireframes and delivering prototypes for user testing.
• Generating & consuming user feedback to better understand customer needs.
• Finding creative ways to solve our customer’s problems - usability, findability, accessibility & excitement generators.
• Working with existing UI patterns, develop wireframes, flow diagrams and specs which are ready for development.
• Communicating your design ideas and prototypes to the developers in your app’s team.
• Rationalising your designs with development to be an experience - ensuring that what’s brought live matches your vision.
• Staying relevant with competitor products and industry trends.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following experience.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX designer.
• Familiarity with interaction design, information architecture and how they’re applied to webapps.
• Be proficient in modern design software - we love Figma & Jira, however we’re keen to know what’s in your workflow and can bring to our DesignOps.
• Excellent communication skills - you’ll rationalise your designs to our business team, developers and fellow designers.
• Experience with Fintech, applications is desirable, but not essential.
