It enables the firm to rapidly develop global digital experiences that are consistent, demonstrate strong brand identity and span multiple products and delivery channels.

As the Digital Program Director (DPD), you’ll introduce an important new role that ensures the successful delivery of the JPM UI Toolkit Program as a whole, including the oversight of the multiple Workstream Project Managers so they can deliver their products and projects on time, on budget and with excellent quality. You’ll collaborate closely with the Program’s Design, Product and Technology leadership team to ensure their visions and objectives are aligned and translated into a team structure, operational plans and processes which support them.

  • Plan workstreams involving milestones, processes and teams according to the product leadership team’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop consolidated and consistent reporting to inform the leadership team and other senior stakeholders of progress.
  • Identify issues across workstreams, recognize patterns and devise solutions to solve them in a systematic way.
  • Oversee all program and project managers involved by helping them resolve complex problems and ensure adequate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Propose evaluation strategies to monitor program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Step in to support gaps in the Project Team as and when required, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the scrum teams in being more self-sufficient, ensuring they keep the backlog and JIRA boards organized and follow governance.

Essential skills

  • Extensive experience working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in the IT or digital sector (either agency or client-side) managing end-to-end digital products.
  • Previous experience managing change in environments with multiple, parallel delivery teams.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and a desire to produce the highest quality work.
  • Strong “can do” attitude with an ability to take initiative and work by yourself as well as a team.
  • Ability to bring team members from different disciplines together as a team to deliver on schedule in a constructive manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain the trust of team members with different specialties, from designers to developers and business-oriented stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and processes, Agile / Scrum certification highly desirable.
  • JIRA, Confluence, MS Office & Project, Windows and Mac OS proficiency a must.

Preferred skills/experience
