Growth Marketer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Growth Marketer to own the top of the funnel for our company. Together with a cross-functional squad, consisting of product development, UI, analytics, support and CRM, you will be responsible for improving the customer journey, increasing CLV, retention rates, referral rates and customer loyalty.

• Coordinate and lead a cross-functional squad
• Provide the best possible service to our customer
• Analyse shortcomings in the current customer journey
• Test solutions to tackle these shortcomings
• Instill a growth mindset in the company
• Offer value-adds and incentives for existing customers to spread the word
