As the VP Operations of Trust Wallet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of self-custodial cryptocurrency wallets. You will oversee multiple critical functions within the company, including data analytics, finance, customer support, legal & compliance, and privacy. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to rapidly adapt to evolving technical concepts, and a passion for driving excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
2. Data Analytics: Lead the data analytics function to extract actionable insights from user data, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
3. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
4. Customer Support: Manage and enhance our customer support team, fostering a culture of exceptional service to our users.
5. Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency industry, working closely with legal and compliance experts to mitigate risks.
6. Privacy: Champion privacy initiatives, safeguarding user data and maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments, promoting a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
8. People management: Set priorities for, coach, and develop team members across the aforementioned departments.
