We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with specialized expertise in the crypto industry and zero-knowledge technology. This position supports full life cycle talent acquisition processes and projects in IT, marketing, sales, operations. This position requires technical recruiting experience paired with strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of cross-functional HR processes. In this role, you will work closely with the team to plan, innovate and execute robust talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruiting of Business & Technology roles at all levels - Intern to C-Suite.
• Develop and deliver recruiting strategies for new and existing markets
• Influence multiple stakeholders within the business and across central teams
• Shape business decisions based on data & analysis
• Lead initiatives within the team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels
• Participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment/HR experience in a Corporate in-house or Staffing environment
• Comprehensive recruitment experience and ability to hire a range of roles - Tech, Commercial, and Admin from middle level to C-level
• Excellent sourcing and searching skills, as well as interviewing skills
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English

• Previous experience at a startup or a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge about blockchain technology and a decentralized systems
