About the role

The Gnosis team is looking for a creative and experiment-driven growth generalist to join our team and help grow and scale self-custodied payments. As we work to build out the core growth engine for Gnosis Pay and Gnosis Card, we’ll be experimenting with performance marketing across a range of channels, building our share of voice on Twitter, testing and learning in content and SEO, and scaling what works. We want someone who dives into these channels with relentless enthusiasm for testing new hypotheses, coupled with the ability to scale and operationalise winning strategies

Note, this is not a Marketing Generalist role. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced building and scaling a paid marketing engine, a content marketing engine, and optimizing a referral program. Performance Marketing:

• Develop and execute high-performing digital ads and campaigns across various platforms, including Twitter, Google, Meta & Web3 Ad Networks
• Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, optimize initiatives based on KPIs, and leverage customer data for insights

Social Media Management:

• Manage and optimize the Gnosis Pay Twitter channel to enhance organic engagement, as well as other social media channels in the future
• Implement content planning and media monitoring strategies to maintain a strong brand presence

Content and SEO Development:

• Create compelling content for different channels, including blogs and email
• Utilize SEO tools like ahrefs to develop insights and create a content and SEO development roadmap

Conversion Optimisation:

• Refine and optimize conversion strategies based on the assessment of outcomes
• Scale successful initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years in a growth generalist role at startups, preferably in Payments or Web3
• Proficiency in performance marketing (e.g. Twitter,Google and Meta)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and utilizing analytics tools
• Experience in managing social media, content planning, and optimizing organic engagement
• Proficiency in content creation and developing SEO strategies using tools like ahrefs
• Strong alignment with Gnosis' values and mission
• A genuine interest in Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the decentralized ecosystem, coupled with a desire to leverage technology for positive societal change
