Job Overview:
As a Community Moderator at Composable, your primary role will be to cultivate a vibrant, positive, and engaged community atmosphere. You will be instrumental in hyping up our community, fostering engaging and relaxed spaces, and maintaining a supportive environment. Your proficiency with platforms like Discord and Twitter (X) will be key in creating an interactive and welcoming space for community members, extending beyond just troubleshooting to truly enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and moderate community interactions on platforms like Discord and Twitter (X), and Telegram.

• Develop and implement initiatives to increase community engagement and participation.

• Respond proactively and timely to community inquiries and discussions; manage tickets

• Organize and coordinate online events, AMAs, and other community activities to hype up and energize the community.

• Collaborate with other teams to relay feedback from the community and implement improvements.

• Monitor community trends and suggest new ways to create more engaging and relaxed spaces for members.

• Address and resolve conflicts within the community, maintaining a harmonious environment.

• Create and enforce community guidelines to ensure respectful and constructive interactions.

• Regularly report on community feedback, insights, and sentiment to help shape community strategies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Community Moderator, Community Manager, or similar role, in blockchain-related fields.

• Deep understanding of the crypto community, with the ability to resonate with its culture and dynamics. Must be a 'degen' with extensive knowledge of Crypto Twitter and the unique needs of the crypto community.

• Be a member of the Composable and Picasso community. 

• Strong familiarity with Discord and other community platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and energize diverse groups.

• Ability to be proactive, responsive, and hands-on in community management.

• Experience in organizing online events and community activities.

• Solid understanding of online community dynamics and engagement strategies.

• Ability to work flexibly and respond to community needs outside of standard business hours, as needed.
