What you'll be doing
- Oversee day to to day HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, labor relations, training and development and compensation and benefits.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies for employee engagement and organizational development.
- Oversee recruitment activities and keep track of new hire requirements.
- Perform on-boarding requirements and employee database and company records as needed.
- Resolve human relations problems and promote employee health and well-being.
- Manage attendance and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
What we are looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role at a technology, software, or financial services company.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in upscaling/mass hiring and meeting high rate recruitment demands using organized and strategic processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking software, Microsoft Office tools, Google tools and recruiting platforms
- Demonstrable experience with the job responsibilities.
- Handles confidential information and communications tactfully, attentive to details, will ask clarifying questions if needed.

- Previous role at a bitcoin/cryptocurrency company or related technologies.
