Associate Recruiter

Proof of Talent is a rapidly growing recruitment firm that works exclusively with companies in the blockchain & cryptocurrency industry. We’re currently growing over 100% year-over-year, profitable and getting ready to scale.

We’re seeking an Associate Recruiter, with strong interest in the cryptocurrency & blockchain industry (Bitcoin, Ethereum, web3, NFTs, DeFi etc). This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with less than two years of professional experience post-graduation.

Our team works with 30 of the fastest growing and most innovative cryptocurrency companies on a daily basis, by helping them to find top talent, quickly and efficiently.

Proof of Talent is a remote-first company that values trust and automony among our team. We set goals and aim to achieve them, without the micromangement typically found at other recruiting firms.

This is a full-time, salaried position with bonus, 100% company paid health benefits, 401k match and more.

So what exactly are we looking for in an Associate Recruiter?

• +6 months of professional experience in a sales, customer facing or recruiting role
• Proven track record of exceeding metrics of goals, whether in college studies, post-graduate or elsewhere
• Strong interest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Focus on high-output and producing results
• Desire to help build a company from the ground up and grow with it

This is a remote position, although the preference is for someone based in the United States.

What you’ll do in the role

• Learn the ropes of recruiting, from sourcing on LinkedIn, to working with candidates, extending offers and more
• Lead outreach to passive job seekers through outbound efforts
• Assist in creating job descriptions and messaging copy for marketing purposes
• Work alongside our Senior Recruiters to help some of the most innovative companies in the industry hire great talent
• … All of this with the goal of becoming a Full Lifecycle Recruiter over the course of the next 12 months.
