About the Role

Are you a seasoned event manager with a passion for blockchain technology? Chromia, a leading Layer 1 blockchain company, is seeking an experienced individual to undertake a role of utmost importance in shaping our global presence. As our Event Manager, you will not only be responsible for orchestrating and overseeing every detail of our participation in crypto live events, but you will also play a crucial role in defining and implementing our overarching event strategy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Event Management Mastery: As the linchpin of our live events strategy, you will be entrusted with flawlessly executing all facets of event organization, ensuring Chromia's presence is nothing short of exceptional.

• Proven Expertise in Crypto Events: Showcase your track record of managing and elevating crypto events. Your extensive experience will be the bedrock of our event success.

• Global Crypto Landscape Knowledge: Utilize your deep understanding of the worldwide crypto events landscape to advise on strategic participation, aligning with BD, leadership, marketing, HR, and other organizational goals.

• Strategic Partnerships: Leverage your industry contacts to establish meaningful partnerships, which will give Chromia a competitive edge in event spaces.

• Multi-Project Event Coordination: Extend your expertise beyond Chromia by managing events for various projects within the Chromaway portfolio. This includes but is not limited to NFTs, Web3 gaming, RWA, and other verticals.

• Developer-Specific Events: This group assists Chromia in promoting its technology by organizing workshops, webinars, and other activities, both virtual and IRL, that help us highlight Chromia’s technology prowess and endless possibilities.

• Community events: Create and manage end-to-end community events to engage with our community, including AMAS, Twitter Spaces, and other formats to keep the community engaged. Manage all aspects of these events, from participant coordination to recordings, to fill the content calendar.

• Innovative Event Concepts: Bring fresh, creative ideas for unique and impactful event experiences that resonate with our diverse audience.

• Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience managing crypto events, demonstrating a solid track record in the blockchain industry.

• In-depth knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

• Ability to travel globally to represent Chromia at various events and conferences.
