Community Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Community Marketing Manager with a proven track record of partnership, online marketing campaigns & operations to join our community team.

This role will be responsible for driving strategic development and implementation of community strategies across the globe. This position requires a deep understanding or a strong passion for learning the niche market of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with communities across different geographies to develop and deliver marketing partnership campaign activities to drive aggressive result.

What the day to day looks like:

• Be responsible for the marketing & partnership of overseas communities;
• Understand overseas customers’ preference, establish community positioning& content, enhance group vitality and build a community with high loyalty;
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns in communities
• Measure and report the performance of the online marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Lay down and perfect partnership and marketing strategies and be responsible for member growth;
• Establish member dynamic mechanisms, plan community partnership activities, and realize customer conversion.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related Marketing Communications field.
• Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Proficient in using Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and other social media tools;
• Understand customer's need and possess your operation methodology with practice;
• Prefer candidates with Blockchain/ Crypto/ Finance/ Startup related experience;
• Energized by a fast-paced growth-focused organization, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations and change.
• Prefer candidates with oversea experience
• Great communication skills and be humble to learn something new everyday.
