CTO or Co Founder

A global stablecoin project is seeking a co-founder or CTO to join immediately. We are open to a person that has another full-time position to join us, but the CTO needs to be able to devote 20 hours per week to this project.

We are creating the future of FX markets and pushing crypto adoption in exotics markets along with a defi wallet and network. We’re looking for an experienced blockchain developer who is a programming beast with leadership experience and entrepreneurial spirit.

You need to have your own ideas and theories on defi and crypto products, and willing to both work with our concepts and add your own touch to our product.

The company's Founder and team of Advisors include some of the biggest names in the blockchain and cryptocurrency and traditional markets realm.

Responsibilities:

-Programming and maintenance of code and network

-Developing new digital assets and governance network alongside established team of developers for massive scale

-Implementation of product development processes

-Code review

-Performance optimizations

-Server and data base creation, management and configuration

-Deploying Dapps and Apps

-Building CryptoWallets custodial cefi and non-custodial defi

-Determining our Tech architecture

You:

-Have a strong technical background in Fullstack dev

-Expert understanding of smart contracts and security best practices

-Previous experience architecting and shipping valuable dApps to Mainnet

-Proven ability to lead remote dev teams

-Knowledge of financial instruments like FX markets and options is a plus

-Senior Blockchain Enterprise Architect and Developer experienced in such blockchain technologies as: Lightning, Etherium, Algorand, and others.

-Defi Blockchain technology knowledge is a must.

-Experience contributing to White Paper creation is a plus.

-Experience leading end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation roll-out for Financial Services.

-Programming languages include: JavaScript, Solidity, Python, C, C++, NodeJS, Slack, dapp engineering, smart contract engineering, php.
-Must be exceptionally intelligent, with the ability to pick up new methods and technologies quickly.
-A language agnostic mentality. Interest and ability to rapidly learn whatever language is best for the job. Willing to learn (if necessary)
-Integrity, discipline, and unparalleled work ethic are three of your core values
-Perfectly break down a monolithic structure into microservices

-Understand how to build highly loaded systems

- Deep knowledge of at least one of: Ethereum; Solidity; Lightning networks; FX markets

Nice to have:

-Leadership ability, demonstrated by experience hiring and managing engineers at an amazing company

-Understanding of cryptographic theory - enough to understand general tradeoffs

-Worked in Fintech / Trading / FX / Investment previously

-You're a DeFi native enthusiast, crypto-economic savvy smart-contracts wizard that is ready to help design, build and ship a last generation Ethereum protocol.
-You have experience leading development teams, and have previously been involved with protocol(s) that have successfully shipped valuable DeFi products to Mainnet
-Passion for: Stablecoins; Decentralized applications / systems; Governance and ‘Political’ systems, both historical and on the blockchain; and Foreign currency and related systems

The company is offering significant CTO or Co-Founder equity in the company and salary upon fund raise.

-Flexible working hours

-We're bootstrapping. We don't pay cash right now (until we get funding).

-At this stage, you will have to do more development, establish processes from scratch.
