Team & Role Description:

This role is responsible for providing support to the organization in various People operations and day to day activities. The role of People Operations is to empower employees and facilitate the day-to-day work life.
Continue our high touch support of employees - we strive to be a "go to" team that employees can come to for any reason, and we will help guide them. We want you to help us to thrive in this effort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Manage the organization’s employee database
• Assist with different recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, challenge reviews and providing feedback
• Ensure candidate experience through flawless execution
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff

To succeed in this role you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role within a People Team
• Experience in a dynamic and startup / agile environment is a plus
• English language proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great team player

*These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.*

Additionally, it would be nice if you:

• Previous experience with ATS HR Tools
• Tech industry work experience
