Job requirements

The Job : Support customers implementing an agile compliance framework ISO27001 & QMS Industry Standard and deliver input for Product and Business Development.

Requirements : Work experience as a Compliance officer or similar Operational roles in an organisation, however we are more focusses on competences and personal drives.

Knowledge & Competences

• Compliance - familiar with ISO 27001 and 9001 (other ISO or frameworks e.g. CISSP are a plus)
• Technical Background - familiar with Software Development Life Cycles and IT Infrastructures
• Entrepreneurship - familiar with Lean Start Up
• Feel at home in a Start Up environment

• Think Visual, try to design processes, people and IT – and stay focussed on the plan.
• Be Agile, things are always moving, nothing is safe or solid.
• Be result driven in a lean way using the Build, Measure, Learn loop.
