Bitpanda is looking to grow its team in Vienna with a passionate Video Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our video projects. You will act as strategist and producer, build a video production team and oversee all steps from planning, execution to success measurement of video content. As an expert in your field, you will also work closely with our team of in-house specialists to implement creative campaign initiatives in alignment with the overall marketing strategy. This includes the creation, production, media placement, controlling and analysis of performance-focused video content.

You will report to the Head of Content and work closely with other specialists in our in-house global marketing team based in Vienna, Austria. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional understanding of the relevant channels, mainly YouTube and social media channels like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

The candidate should be able to leverage the exceptional industry knowledge with broad and thorough experience in digital marketing, including the analysis and distribution of marketing spend, planning and execution. The role also requires excellent communication skills as well as an analytical and growth-driven mindset.

Your focus

  • Strategy and production of in-house video content
  • Leading a video-focused media house including the building of a dedicated team
  • Planning, organising, producing and executing high-quality educational video content as well as support with performance-based creative ads (creation, production, media placement, controlling and analysis)
  • Growing the Bitpanda brand with highly-relevant video content for our key audience for all markets in alignment with regional marketing managers
  • Apply your knowledge in all areas of Online Marketing including A/B testing, SEO, CRM, Marketing automation, EDM, Social Media, Sweepstakes, Performance Marketing (SEM and Social), Video, Usability & Design, Growth Hacking and Affiliate Marketing

Why you

  • Ability to take the lead on video-based ideas & campaigns and drive them to success
  • Exceptional grammar, communication and writing skills in English and German across all forms of media (more languages are a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once
