Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our Product, Consumer, and Event marketing campaigns across all channels. Create and manage the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the company. Responsibilities

B2C Marketing

  • Develop advertising creatives through coordination with staff copywriters and designers
  • Manage our paid demand-generation campaigns
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to execute paid campaigns and manage lead collection
  • Place campaigns on relevant advertising platforms, including AdWords, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
  • Track, analyze and report efficacy of campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Oversee Creation and Execution of our Comprehensive Social Media and PR Strategy
  • Create a regular publishing schedule for relevant social media channels
  • Curate and promote company activities, relevant industry oriented news and activities to highlight as a thought leader for its target markets
  • Take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich brand awareness through various goals and objectives

Product Marketing

  • Understand buying cycles and define buyer personas
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that addresses a buyer’s needs and invokes the desire to engage
  • Translate messaging into meaningful and contextual benefits that feed into the development of creative presentations, demonstrations, collateral, blogs, and email marketing campaigns, retention campaigns
  • Develop sales plays and enablement tools focused on helping inside sales, field sales teams, and channel partners. Understand target markets and buyers, buyer personas, pains points, and key messages
  • Develop cross product programs and initiatives that will drive further market penetration
  • Gather and analyze competitive data to infuse content with messaging that is clear and communicates our key differentiators

Conference Strategy

  • Build and maintain an inventory of applicable conferences, trade shows, and speaking calendar(s) for our chosen conferences
  • Promote staff conference participation by maintaining a CFP calendar and reminding staff of proposal due-dates
  • Secure and handle logistics for scheduled conference trade shows
  • Coordinate with our copywriters and designers to ensure booths, demos, and handouts are correctly prepared for our chosen conferences
  • Publicize our conference activities to prospects and past attendees through email and other online promotion
  • Plan and organize promotional giveaways for select conferences

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' product marketing, marketing, data analyst, or product management experience at a software company in a leadership role
  • MUST BE proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with prm, expertise in breaking complex problems and presenting solutions to them
  • Loves data and knows how to leverage data in different ways for different audiences to drive the direction of the business
  • Ability to build business models based on user insights and data with SQL/Excel proficiency a plus

  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
