Product Manager

Finhaven is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Finhaven Club community platform. You will define the vision, roadmap and growth opportunities; as well as create and execute monetization strategies. Your deep experience in finance, technology, product development and delivery, as well as familiarity with gathering and writing specifications and industry expertise in digital media or finance, will allow you to hit the ground running in our fast-paced and growing business. You will effectively balance business requirements with strategic initiatives, provide leadership, and manage the execution and delivery of products.You will be responsible for coming up with a roadmap that enables the people within the Company who have a stake in our marketing to succeed on their business metrics. The Product Manager at Finhaven works closely with all functional areas of the Company, including Marketing, Development, and Compliance.

Responsibilities: Define product opportunities, align key stakeholders, and evangelize the product vision across the company to build consensus on priorities and ensure timely execution Work with Marketing and our Development team to define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities Research and analyze our market and users Be "hands on" in the execution of your product vision - your technical abilities and "can do" mindset will augment the team's output. This may include copywriting, CMS publishing, data scrubbing, using email products such as Mailchimp, etc. Act as an internal consultant to Marketing to help them understand what is possible and how to leverage technology to fuel growth Work closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and larger business needs. Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals Conduct competitive analysis to determine how we can differentiate ourselves from the rest of the market Keep up with new trends in the finance industry, specifically news and analysis Keep the tech team informed around 3rd party solutions and marketing technologies that might be beneficial to our stakeholders

Required Skills

4+ years working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or experience developing and launching products either from the business or technology side. In-depth knowledge of Web Analytics Data driven and passionate about fintech space In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of and passion for supporting customer needs. Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts. Ability to think critically and innovatively and drive change. A passion for finance and investing is a big plus
