Data Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• According to business needs, assist in formulating indicators, sort out the indicator system, design data tracking schemes, and follow up implementation
• Responsible for the statistics and monitoring of the daily operation data of the customer service center, and conduct quantitative analysis, customize and push common basic data, and realize the automation of routine reports
• Carry out routine monitoring of product data, discover abnormal fluctuations in data in time, understand the reasons through in-depth analysis, and output relevant data analysis reports on a regular basis
• Through data analysis and mining, analyze function usage scenarios and user portrait characteristics, discover potential defects and opportunities, and provide data support for business decision-making
• Based on the conclusions of data analysis, derive the solution and promote the application of the solution

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1 year of data analysis related work experience. Mathematics, statistics, computer and other related majors are preferred
• Familiar with SQL, python or R foundation, tableau related work experience is preferred
• Understand the Hadoop ecology, Hive and related hql, ETL and other work, and be familiar with the data framework of data warehouse (DW)/business intelligence (BI)
• Have a keen analytical ability, a rigorous and objective analytical attitude, excellent learning ability and communication skills, be able to quickly become familiar with the business, and have a keen data insight into the user experience
• Steady personality, good communication skills, full of teamwork spirit, strong resistance to pressure, dedicated and dedicated to work
