Client Operations Associate

Role Description:

• Be apart of and assist the Client Operations team in all aspects of their operational duties which includes: client onboarding preparation, KYC documentation collection, researching client inquiries and transaction monitoring
• Provide operational support to compliance team by assisting with AML due diligence reviews of transactions
• Provide operational support to brokerage and lending team by assisting with transaction reviews and approvals
• Partner with colleagues to establish and implement critical operational processes.
• Provide additional ad hoc operational support to additional business partners as necessary

Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of experience in an operational and/or finance role ideally in the fintech, banking, or trust company space.
• You have 2+ years of experience in a client facing role at a financial institution working with institutional clients
• You have 1 year of experience in back office brokerage or lending operations
• Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally dependent on daily volume/deadlines
• You’ve developed excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You’re extremely detail oriented and know how to manage your time with competing priorities.
• You self-describe as some combination of the following: adaptable, collaborative, creative, curious, and humble.

Bonus Points:

• You have at least 1 year of experience working in the crypto industry
• You've kept up to date with the proliferation of blockchain and crypto innovations.
• You have worked at or with institutional investment funds.
