Promotions Marketing Specialist

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Promotions Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team.This role will strategise and execute global promotions working with many internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and completion of campaigns. You will set up tracking and monitor data to understand and improve the performance of your campagins.

Overall, with creative and inspiring Promotions, this role will drive growth, engagement and retention of our already large user base for a number of our platforms in the Binance ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Grow our user base and increase awareness of all Binance products in exciting, creative and informative ways
• Planning and execution of online user activities, promotions and campaigns to a global audience
• Understand the company's products and users through data, formulate user growth strategies, revitalize or expand user growth channels and traffic depressions, and promote user growth and activity
• Result-oriented, participate in or lead the overall planning of user growth, propose practical product solutions, and continuously improve the new effect through product means
• Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in tech/gaming/internet/e-commerce, B2C facing.
• Proven experience in growing and managing user base using promotions and activities.
• Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
• A good understanding of trading and financial investment concepts is a strong plus.
• Understanding of gamification concepts is a plus.
• Must be able to work independently.
• A University degree relating to Marketing is a plus.
