Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for an end-to-end product designer with experience shipping product to market informed by insights, data, and business strategy. This is a high impact role where your decisions will have a strong influence on our product. In this role you’ll primarily work within product teams to design core features as well as collaborating within product design to bring feature and aesthetic parity across our applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner deeply with Product Management, Engineering and Business teams to drive product strategy and design experiences that delight our clients
• Own the entire design process from discovery, research, prototyping, user testing to final designs
• Significantly inspire and influence the direction of the product roadmap
• Contribute to and improve our design process and collaboration among engineers, product managers, researchers, marketing managers, and operations stakeholders
• Participate in peer design reviews among team members

About You:

• 4+ years of product design experience
• A portfolio of multiple shipped projects where you were the primary designer
• Strong systems design thinking
• Visual design excellence and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to know when to compromise without sacrificing user experience or design principles
• Agility in utilizing a variety of discovery, research, and validation methods to drive meaningful outcomes
• Familiarity with the nuances of metrics (business, data science, research) and uncovering the “Why” behind the numbers
• Mastery of design tools & craft: Figma, design systems, responsive design, native mobile (Android, iOS)
