Cash Logistics Manager

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Cash Logistics Manager that will manage the cash logistics team within operations and supervise armored providers to ensure that armored services are being completed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of the Cash Logistics team
• Supervise various armored vendors to ensure services are completed accurately and timely
• Ensure that department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement to ensure process improvements for cash logistics processes are identified and implemented.
• Identify ways to streamline deployment processes and optimize the cost of deployment services.
• Implement and maintain KPIs for cash logistics that align with company goals.
• Provide support to other managers within Operations as needed in support of overall Operations goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years supervisory experience is required.
• Five years of armored logistics or cash management experience specific to ATMs is required
• Intermediate to SME level knowledge in Kaba Mas locks
• Experience engaging in process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills.Confirmed skill set for risk planning and mitigation.
• Intermediate level or higher knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
