Product Operations Analyst

We are building out a Product Operations function and are looking for Product Operations Analysts to join our growing teams in the United States, Singapore, London, and Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Technical Support, and Customer Success
• Implement and execute scalable processes
• Practice hypothesis-driven problem solving to drive our business
• Provide business insights and make recommendations based on data
• Ensure operating readiness when launching new features and experiences
• Get your hands dirty and troubleshoot issues that arise

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in operating roles at fast pace startup environments
• Ability to develop insightful quantitative analyses, paired with strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL
• Proven process improvement experience and love making things more efficient
• Deep empathy and obsession for customers
• A passion for helping others and making things right
