What is this role about?

You will be on a mission to create and deliver the best content for our website, essential for our clients’ satisfaction and loyalty. You will be supervising a team of copywriters as well as managing translations to contribute to our unique solutions. You will be creating, dispatching, reviewing and publishing content to provide our users the best experience they can have in order to engage users and non-users, as well as teaching the world about cryptocurrencies.

In this role you will be:

• Coordinating copywriters around our content creation projects
• Coordinating our translation process and working with translators taking into account the cultural aspects
• Ensuring the quality of the content
• Publishing the content you created
• Liaising with content writers to ensure brand consistency and clear writing briefs
• Editing, proofreading and improving content
• Optimizing content according to SEO requirements given by our SEO Manager
• Collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Using content management systems to upload content to our main website
• Respecting tight deadlines
• Managing content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
• Researching new trending topics in the cryptocurrency and personal finance industry to help inform our content strategy
• Analyzing website traffic and users engagement metrics

We are looking for someone who:

• Can manage a project and people
• Created content and has a portfolio to show us
• Is communicative and a team-player
• Understands different cultures
• Worked in the following fields: crypto or fintech, digital agencies, content creation, inbound marketing companies, writers, book writers
• Has a basic understanding and knowledge of SEO while creating content
• Is detail oriented, problem solver, critical thinker and customer-centered, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Can work with deadlines
• Can discuss and explain content options
• Is a good researcher, very curious and committed to succeed
• Is not satisfied with the average or the first solution that pops up in his mind
• Is fast on delivering, even faster on communication, especially when things go south
• Is a geek who likes the internet in general or likes making products.

Ideal, but not a must:

• Previous experience in crypto industry
• Based in Europe or in any other zone that is close to CET
• Any relevant professional or academic qualification; philology, languages, literature, business, marketing, psychology
• European language other than English
