Chain Business Development Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Professional for our tech-driven Binance Chain/Binance Smart Chain(BSC) Eco-system. BSC is a EVM compatible blockchain, and launched mainnet starting from Sep 1st, 2020. In the past 2 months, more than 50 DeFi and dapps have been deployed in BSC and attracted more than 350K users (addresses). The successful candidate will join the innovative and fast changing field to build a new era of blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage the Dev community and VC to promote BC/BSC and inspire new DeFi, DApps or blockchain ideas built on BC/BSC.
• Proactively engage the (potential) big players in blockchain and identify new business opportunities in BC/BSC.
• Define target market segment, locate and reach the target market of early adopters and interested early users to work out the solutions to establish deals and valuable business relationship.
• Develop marketing strategies and models to grow user bases and target markets and collect the market reaction, feedbacks and new trends to influencing our product providing and shape the business.
• Develop and drive the implementation of innovative strategic use cases on BC/BSC

Requirements

• Background in business development or marketing in information technology related area or technology community management, deep connections with technology and innovation community in information technology and internet.
• At least 3 years of experience in defining and locating target markets, strategic thinking, and expanding the market to >100K DAU scale.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing.
• Passionate, Ownership, Doer-spirit, Result oriented, and good Team player.
• Blockchain with Finance knowledge is preferred.
