Director, Application Development (Remote)

Staked is looking for an engineering leader to help take our application development team to the next level. This role will lead a team of engineers to build the key applications Staked customers rely on. This includes front-end tools to get started with staking through comprehensive reporting on the rewards that they have earned through these activities.

The right candidate will have a solid understanding of each layer of the stack: from the front-end tools used to craft a great customer experience (we use Vue & Django), the ETL and reporting layer (primarily Airflow & python), and the APIs that help tie everything together. You'll be responsible for coding solutions directly and help lead our team in designing novel technical solutions to our core problems.

You should have experience writing and shipping code as well as managing engineers. Staked is a fast growing and dynamic organization, so you'll need great organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and the flexibility to context-shift to the right priorities.
