Director of Social Engagement

Fully remote position

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Drive social engagement through community and ambassador networks and growth marketing campaigns
• Provide engaging content in a variety of forms, such as text, image, and video, for social media accounts
• Host Ava Labs events and meetups to build brand awareness and social engagement
• Discover new business leads and products to deploy on Avalanche

• Proven experience in social engagement through marketing campaigns execution
• Lives and breathes the cryptocurrency and DeFi spaces
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community and growth marketing metrics
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Hands-on experience with brand management through social media
