Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for the strategy and execution of these efforts.

Lead and work collaboratively with the Growth team on ECC’s digital strategy. This includes assessing what is working, not working, and designing effective strategies to drive better outcomes. We’ll also rely on this person to identify and report on trends that support Product Marketing, Product, and Leadership research and decision making.

Drive digital engagement across all areas in the ECC digital marketing mix, both directly and in support of ECC communications. This includes:

• running and tracking digital campaigns in support of product marketing and communications-driven initiatives
• managing, analyzing, and optimizing awareness and engagement campaigns using digital marketing techniques such as social, search, and email marketing
• working with business development to execute and automate co-marketing campaigns with ECC partners
• driving increased engagement for ECC events and webinars

Work with the ECC creative team to implement digital solutions that support the mission and the brand. This includes ECC and Zcash website development and supporting tools, content translation, and localization.

Measure and optimize for outcomes across channels using tools such as A/B testing, SEO, etc.

Requirements

We have few concrete requirements. We're flexible and looking for the right person, but intend to hire someone with strong digital experience in a fast moving industry.

• The right person will be a doer, problem solver and creative thinker who is passionate about driving to outcomes.
• This person must be multidimensional with a good fundamental understanding of digital strategies and techniques, strong communication skills, as well as the technical ability to perform website development and support.
• We have a preference for a candidate with experience in and knowledge of digital security.
• Knowledge and experience with cryptocurrencies is strongly preferred.
• Skill with hosted WordPress, HTML and CSS is also preferred.
• Basic understanding of information security as it relates to digital marketing and web development.
